With a 49% uplift we wished this was retained in the portfolio but the freedom of funds was needed for other opportunities.

This was a lockdown project and was affectionately known to us a "Tovil-Upon-Medway" due to the amazing walks and countryside surrounding the area. Certainly an area to keep an eye on. Uplift in under 12 months of 19%

Took on this project with Planning and Building Regulation Issues

A renovation project undertaken in a former married life.... The vision and project management came from our founding director
